Standard & Custom O Rings

At Quick Cut Gasket & Rubber Corporation, we produce hot vulcanized and molded O-rings and splicing kits including Quad-Ring, Kalrez, backup, and encapsulated type rings. Vulcanized rings are cost effective, and can be produced in a wide range of diameters, delivering a flexible but strong joint. Molded rings are ideal for precision applications. Our O-rings are produced on clamshell molding equipment by some of the most experienced personnel in the industry.

A wide variety of standard and metric sizes are available in Shore “A” hardnesses from 40 to 90. Cord cross sections from 0.070″ to 1″ are available in standard sizes with 2 mm to 10 mm metric cord sizes available. For specialty applications, we also produce custom sizes in nitrile, Viton, neoprene, silicone, EPDM, and PTFE. Rings can be produced in diameters from 3″ to 300″ by hot vulcanizing and from 0.062″ to 5″ by molding. Dimensional tolerances will vary by size and production method, but range from ±0.062″ to ±.5″ or higher depending on size.

FDA or Mil-Spec approved materials can be used as needed and material certification is available. Many standard sizes are in stock for immediate delivery, with custom sizes available within 48 hours for small orders. Large orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process.
