Rubber O-Rings
One of Quick Cut Gasket's specialties is fabricating special sized o-rings. Our complete vulcanizing department can make just about any non-standard size with a 3"ID or larger, and in most cases, we can produce such items in just 24-48 hours. We use a hot vulcanizing process, which creates a strong but flexible joint.
We carry a variety of o-ring cord sizes both in standard and metric dimensions.

We stock large amounts of o-ring cord in the following compounds: Viton®, Nitrile (Buna), Neoprene, Silicone and EPDM, in standard durometers of 70, 75 and 90 on the "A" scale.
Also in stock, are many sizes in FDA approved compounds such as: Viton®, Nitrile(Buna), Silicone and some EPDM.
Special requests for Military spec material, polyurethane or standard compounds
in durometers from 40 through 90 can also supplied (with minimums.)
Molded O-Rings
Quick Cut Gasket stocks a large inventory of Molded O-Rings in
standard and metric sizes, in compounds such as: Viton®, Nitrile(Buna),
Silicone and some EPDM - all in the most standard durometers.
We may have what you need on our shelves, but if not, we can usually ship within
one (1) weeks time.
