Rubber Extrusions

• Square extrusions in many sizes ranging from 0.188 (sq. in.) to 1.25 (sq. in.)
• For special square or rectangle extrusions, we offer a custom grind service in which we precision grind larger square extrusions down to smaller square or rectangle extrusions to within exact tolerances as per customers specs
• We stock many sizes of square and rectangle extrusions in a variety of compounds such as: Viton^®, Nitrile (Buna), Neoprene, Silicone and EPDM, in standard durometers of 60 to 75 on the "A" scale
• We also supply special request durometers
• FDA compounds are available in: Viton^®, Nitrile (Buna), Neoprene, Silicone and EPDM

Channel Extrusions

• For small orders (50ft max.) we can custom manufacture many styles of channel extrusion which many times are vulcanized endless into rings.
• We also offer a custom grind service for channel shape extrusions as well. We are capable of grinding channel shapes that resemble the letters D, E, F, J, L, M, and U
• Available in durometers from 50 to 80 on the "A" scale
• FDA compounds also available in: Viton^®, Nitrile (Buna), Neoprene, Silicone and EPDM
• Material certifications available upon request for quote
